Facility and Food Safety

Food Spectrum stores and processes meat in its own ISO 22000-certified, licensed facility in Singapore. This page explains how we keep your products safe and consistent, and which documents we can provide for your supplier approval.

ISO 22000 certified

ISO 22000 is the international standard for food safety management systems. Our certification means the products you buy from us are stored, processed and handled under a certified food safety management system. A copy of our certificate is available on request.

Licensed processing facility

Our in-house butchery is a licensed food processing facility, where we cut, portion, marinate and pack to customer specifications.

Cold chain

Chilled and frozen products are held in our dedicated cold storage and kept at controlled temperatures while they are processed and packed.

Traceability

We keep supplier and batch records for the products we import and process, so products can be traced back to their source. Health certificates and certificates of origin for imported products are available on request.

Documents available on request

  • ISO 22000 certificate
  • Product specifications
  • Ingredient and allergen information for marinated products
  • Health certificates and certificates of origin for imported products
